Sage 100mm

A tough Mediterranean herb, the sage grows well in the victorian climate. The leaves are used in for flavouring meat, gravies or stuffing. Butter sage is an excellent simple sauce for pasta.

The plant grows to 60cm by 60 cm and needs pruning to keep healthy. The purple flowers attract bees to the garden, helping pollinate your fruit trees and vegies. The native blue banded bee is attracted to its purple flowers.
